The Texas Orthopaedic Association (TOA) is a non-profit organization which was founded in 1928 and incorporated in 1936 to promote and advance the science and art of orthopaedic surgery. Over 1100 TOA physician members strive to assure the citizens of Texas excellence in musculoskeletal health care.
